Oct 15 to Dec 7 is open enrollment for Medicare. Please be aware that the ONLY Medicare Advantage plans that will be accepted by Chattanooga Heart in 2017 are Blue Cross Medicare Advance PPO, Bluechoice Medicare Advantage HMO, HealthSpring Medicare Advantage and Humana Medicare Advantage.
