MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS ACCEPTED IN 2018

The following Medicare Advantage plans are the ONLY Medicare Advantage plans that will be accepted by Chattanooga Heart in 2018: Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO, Bluechoice Medicare Advantage HMO, HealthSpring Medicare Advantage and Humana Medicare Advantage. Oct. 15 to Dec. 7 is when ALL people with Medicare can change their Medicare health plan and prescription drug coverage for 2018. If you wish to continue to see your physician at Chattanooga Heart, please consider this when choosing a plan.
