Main Location (Citico Avenue)

Medical Assistant – Full Time
Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in preparing patients for examinations, obtaining EKGs and protimes.  Successful completion of qualified Medical Assistant program required.  Minimum one year similar experience in physician’s office desired.

Insurance Follow-Up Specialist

Responsible for timely follow-up, including claims submitted, patient statements and inquiries, and monthly accounts receivable reports to ensure maximum reimbursement for the practice.  Minimum qualifications include two years in health insurance processing (medical office preferred), familiarity in all facets of medical insurance processing.  Medicare experience preferred.

Executive Assistant to the CEO

Will assist CEO with administrative functions, including interaction with board members, reviewing and maintaining corporate documents and contracts, managing CEO's schedule, incoming calls and preparing correspondence.

BS in business preferred with seven or more years of progressively responsible administrative experience working with top-level executives;  paralegal preferred.  Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.  Must be able to quickly master daily job functions and handle a very fast paced environment.

 

RN, LPN or Medical Assistant (PRN)

Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in preparing patients for examinations, obtaining EKGs, and protimes.  RN or LPN certification or successful completion of qualified Medical Assistant program required.  Minimum one year similar experience in physician's office desired.

Erlanger Office

CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR

RN to coordinate cardiovascular clinical trials.  Autonomous setting, self-motivated and detail oriented a must.  Research experience desired.  Cardiac experience and managerial experience preferred.  Responsible for coordination of research protocols, collection of data, completion of case report forms and maintenance of regulatory documents.

Office Nurse, LPN

Lipid Management Clinic - Responsible for managing patients with elevated cholesterol levels or patients on Lipid lowering agents.  This includes education, performing tests and all patient follow-up.  Two years in a clinical setting with knowledge of lipids and lab work pertaining to lipid management preferred.

Medical Assistant / X-Ray Tech

Dependable and organized MA to assist physicians and nurses in preparing patients for examinations, obtaining EKGs, and protimes.  Ability to perform limited x-ray and phlebotomy required.  Knowledge of COLA regulations is a plus.  Successful completion of a qualified Medical Assistant program and Limited Scope X-Ray certification required.
