The Chattanooga Heart Institute is located in the Erlanger Medical Mall at 979 East Third Street, in the northeast block at the Third and Central Avenue intersection.

From I-24
Head toward downtown Chattanooga (I-24W), take Highway 27 North, exit Fourth Street, turning right at the bottom of the ramp, continuing as Fourth becomes Third Street. Turn left at Central Avenue, and again left into the Erlanger Medical Center parking garage. Follow signs for Medical Mall parking. Proceed toward the Mall’s elevators (Elevator S), select Floor 1 and exit. Follow the signs to Elevator C and select Floor 9.
If you park in Valet, take Elevator C from the Ground Level to Floor 9.

From Highway 27 (Corridor J)
Take Highway 27 South, cross the Olgiati Bridge, and exit Fourth Street, continuing as it becomes Third Street. Turn left at Central Avenue, and again left into the Erlanger Medical Center parking garage. Follow signs for Medical Mall parking. Proceed toward the Mall’s elevators (Elevator S), select Floor 1 and exit. Follow the signs to Elevator C and select Floor 9.
If you park in Valet, take Elevator C from the Ground Level to Floor 9.

From Hixson Pike
Cross Veterans Bridge. Turn left on Fourth Street, continuing as it becomes Third Street. Turn left at Central Avenue, and again left into the Erlanger Medical Center parking garage. Follow signs for Medical Mall parking. Proceed toward the Mall’s elevators (Elevator S), select Floor 1 and exit. Follow the signs to Elevator C and select Floor 9.
If you park in Valet, take Elevator C from the Ground Level to Floor 9.

From Highway 153
Exit at either Dupont Parkway or cross Chickamauga Dam to Amnicola Highway West, continuing until it becomes Riverside Drive. Exit the Third Street/Erlanger ramp, turn left at the bottom, and left again at the second light, Fourth Street, continuing as it becomes Third Street. Turn left at Central Avenue, and again left into the Erlanger Medical Center parking garage. Follow signs for Medical Mall parking. Proceed toward the Mall’s elevators (Elevator S), select Floor 1 and exit. Follow the signs to Elevator C and select Floor 9.
