Appointments

To make an appointment for any of our offices, call (423) 697-2000 and follow the directions to reach the scheduling department. Our staff will make every effort to answer your call promptly and provide you with an appointment time that is agreeable.

When you call, please tell us: 1) if you are currently experiencing any symptoms of cardiac distress or if you have been experiencing symptoms of cardiac distress 2) if you need to schedule a routine, post-operative, or annual cardiac check-up and 3) if you are a new patient.

Appointments may be made up to three months in advance. You will receive a phone call to confirm your appointment one to two days prior to your appointment. While we are aware that emergencies arise and cancellations may be necessary, the practice requires that you notify us 48 hours in advance of any cancellations. This enables us to offer your appointment to another patient. Please bring with you to each appointment a list of the medicines you are taking, the dosage of each, and how many times a day you take each medication. Plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork.
