William P. Warren, M.D.
Dr. William P. Warren has special training in non-invasive diagnostic studies of echocardiography, nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging. He joined the Chattanooga Heart Institute from his faculty position at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland where he was named Teacher of the Year and received the American College of Cardiology Merck Fellowship Award.
Dr. Warren earned his doctor of medicine degree at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts and completed his internal medicine internship and residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. His cardiology fellowship was served at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

He has been published in the American College of Cardiology Current Journal Review, Journal of Infectious Diseases, Journal of Clinical Microbiology, and Clinical Research. Dr. Warren has participated in numerous research studies.

Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and nuclear cardiology, Dr. Warren holds privileges at Memorial Hospital, Memorial North Park, and Erlanger Medical Center. He is a member of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society.
